The hotel offers a tired decoration in the rooms but provides a view and accessibility for mobility scooters. Unfortunately, there is no romantic view. The service is friendly but could improve in dining room etiquette and service. The location is superb, within walking distance to Rye town center and overlooking the river. The dining experience offers good vegetarian options. The facilities are well-maintained.

I chose this hotel for a Wake, but I was pleasantly surprised by its location near the town center and the river. The rooms, although lacking a romantic view, were cozy with comfy beds and offered a nice view of the town above. The service was friendly overall, though improvements could be made in dining room etiquette. Sarah, the receptionist, stood out for her excellent service. The hotel's dining experience was good, with proper cafitiere coffee and enjoyable salads. Facilities were decent, and the price was reasonable, offering value for money.
